Subaru Impreza WRX GH Performance Parts & Upgrades
The Subaru Impreza WRX was sold new in Australia from 2007 to 2013 as a hatch (GH) and sedan (GE). It uses the 2.5L EJ25 turbo flat-four with all-wheel drive, and shares its body and much of its chassis with the WRX STI (GR and GV). Choosing the Right Part
- WRX or STI: the STI has a different engine, gearbox and brakes. Body and suspension parts often fit both, but check the title for engine and driveline parts.
- Hatch or sedan: exhausts, rear aero and some springs differ by body style. AST lowering springs, for example, are listed for the hatch.
- Year and bumper: some aero parts, such as the APR front splitter, are made for 2008-2010 cars only. Check the years in the title.
- Tune needed: intake, exhaust and boost parts usually need a tune. Plan the Accessport with the parts.
Installation
Most parts here are bolt-on, but engine, turbo, suspension and brake work should be done by a qualified workshop. Get a wheel alignment after any suspension change, and bleed and road-test the brakes after brake work.
