Exhaust Tips

This collection covers three main styles of tip:

• Vehicle-specific tip kits: Borla tip kits for models including the Jeep Wrangler (JK), Jeep Gladiator (JT), Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk (WK2), Kia Stinger V6 (CK), Ford Ranger Raptor (P703) and RAM 1500 TRX and Hurricane (DT).
• Clamp-on tips: Dinan double-walled tips with 4in or 4.5in outlets and inlet sizes from 2.5in to 3.25in, in black or polished finishes.
• Carbon fibre tailpipe trims: Scorpion Ascari trims in universal twin 100mm and quad 90mm layouts, plus Ascari RS 170x120mm trims for the Audi RS3 (8Y) Sedan, RS6 (C7) Avant and RS7 (C7).

• Inlet size: For universal clamp-on tips, the inlet must match the outside diameter of your existing tailpipe. Dinan tips are listed by inlet size, from 2.5in to 3.25in.
• Outlet size and shape: Check the outlet diameter, or the oval dimensions such as 170x120mm, against the space in your rear bumper or diffuser. Outlet sizes in this range run from 4in to 5in.
• Chassis code and variant: Vehicle-specific kits are matched to a chassis code such as JK, JT, WK2, CK, P703, DT, C7 or 8Y. Check the body style and variant too. For example, the RAM 1500 TRX kits are for the Crew Cab Short Bed, and the RAM 1500 Hurricane kit excludes RHO models.
• Exhaust layout: Some kits are offered for different factory layouts. Jeep Wrangler (JK) options include a 2.28in inlet version and a split rear version, so confirm which layout your vehicle has.
• Finish: Choose from polished, black, black chrome, Brawler Black, angle-cut or carbon fibre, depending on the product.

Clamp-on tips fit over the existing tailpipe. Vehicle-specific kits and tailpipe trims are designed for the listed model. Before ordering, measure your tailpipe's outside diameter and check the clearance around the bumper. Installation by a professional is recommended.

What size exhaust tip do I need?
For a clamp-on tip, match the tip's inlet size to the outside diameter of your tailpipe. Then choose an outlet size that suits your bumper opening.
