R-Series: entry-level all-aluminium performance radiator, factory-position fitment, suited to street builds and mild track use.
V-Core (36mm): the most commonly fitted series, a 36mm core for cars with tighter engine bay clearances that still see daily and circuit duty.
Hyper V-Core: KOYORAD's flagship performance line, revised fin and tube pitch for more surface area in a factory-position core.
HH Series: 48mm thick, high fin density core for applications like the R32 GT-R where the engine bay allows it, built for hard-driven and motorsport use.
N-Flo: dual-pass internal partition technology available across select series, routes coolant through the core for longer for more even cooling.

We keep coming back to KOYORAD because the fitment is genuinely OE-grade. End tanks are hand TIG-welded rather than machine-formed, and the cores are Nocolok-brazed for long service life. On JDM platforms like the Skyline, Silvia and RX-7, KOYORAD's fitment and finish is the benchmark other brands get compared to. We also stock alternatives like PWR where a customer needs something KOYORAD hasn't released for a specific chassis yet, but for the platforms KOYORAD covers, it's our default recommendation.

KOYORAD radiators are designed around factory mounting points, fan shroud bolt patterns and OEM hose locations, so most installs are a straight swap with no cutting, drilling or bracket fabrication. The one exception: some Hyper V-Core radiators with thicker cores (above 36mm) may need the upper or lower hose trimmed slightly to clear the extra core thickness. Where that applies, it's noted on the individual product page. Trimming a hose to fit doesn't void the KOYORAD warranty, it's a normal part of fitting a thicker aftermarket core. Does this radiator fit my exact year and trim?
Check the specific vehicle sub-collection above or the fitment notes on the product page. JDM-spec and AU-delivered versions of the same model sometimes use different radiators, so confirm your chassis code before ordering.

What's the warranty process if something's wrong?
Every KOYORAD radiator we sell comes with manufacturer warranty. Get in touch with us first, we handle the claim directly with KOYORAD's Australian distribution channel rather than you needing to deal with it overseas.

Will trimming a hose for a Hyper V-Core install void my warranty?
No. Minor hose trimming to clear a thicker core is a normal, expected part of fitting some Hyper V-Core radiators and doesn't affect the warranty.

Do I need an aftermarket fan shroud or thermo-fan with a KOYORAD radiator?
Usually not. KOYORAD radiators are built to factory fan shroud bolt patterns, so your original shroud and fan setup bolts straight back on. On heavily modified cars running bigger turbos or E85, some customers step up to a thicker thermo-fan for extra airflow at idle, but that's a power-specific call, not something the radiator itself requires.

Can I fit KOYORAD to a car that isn't listed yet?
