KOYORAD Racing Radiator - Honda Civic Type R (FL5)

KOYORAD built this HH series radiator for the FL5 Civic Type R. Its 48mm two-row High Density core is more than 50% thicker than the factory radiator's, adding heat capacity for long track sessions, and all-aluminium tanks take the place of the factory plastic end tanks. The core is Nocolok furnace-brazed, the tanks are TIG-welded by hand, and each radiator is pressure tested three times.

It drops into the factory location, keeps the provisions for the original fans, fan switch and A/C condenser, and takes the factory hoses and sensor. It suits the Honda Civic Type R (FL5) with the 2.0-litre turbo K20C1; the KOYORAD Japan equivalent is the TYPE-F KH083967.
