- Out-of-stock or incoming items will display an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on the product page. This ETA reflects when the product is expected to ship from our warehouse.
- All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Carriers & Delays
- We ship using trusted couriers such as Australia Post, StarTrack, DHL, TNT, and others depending on your location and order contents.
