Ford Ranger Raptor (P703) 2022+ Performance Parts & Upgrades
The Next-Gen Ford Ranger Raptor arrived in Australia in 2022 with a 3.0L twin-turbo petrol V6, a 10-speed automatic and full-time four-wheel drive. Ford's program code is P703, which you'll see in many part titles. It replaced the earlier diesel Ranger Raptor, so engine and exhaust parts don't carry over. Popular upgrades for the Ranger Raptor
- Intercooler and piping: Process West Stage 1 and Stage 2 intercoolers, intercooler piping kits and crossover pipes in black or red, and the Turbosmart performance intercooler.
- Intake and turbo: the Process West race air box and air intake, the aFe Momentum GT intake, and Turbosmart and GFB blow-off and diverter valves.
- Cooling: Process West transmission coolers that work with the factory, Stage 1 or Stage 2 intercooler.
- Exhaust: the AWE SwitchPath exhaust, and Borla mid-pipes and tip kits.
- Off-road protection: HARDRACE front and rear lower arm skid plates and ride height sensor skid plate, HARDRACE front upper arms for 2-4 inch lifts and Rally Armor mud flaps.
Choosing the Right Part
- Next-Gen or earlier Raptor: parts on this page are for the 2022-on petrol V6 Raptor only. They don't suit the earlier diesel Raptor or the standard Ranger.
- Stage 1 or Stage 2: Process West piping and transmission coolers are made to suit a given intercooler. Check that the kit matches your intercooler, or use the conversion kit to step up to the Stage 2 core.
- Lifted trucks: the HARDRACE upper arms are made for 2-4 inch lifts. Tell us your lift height if you're not sure.
Installation
Have a qualified workshop fit intercooler, intake and suspension parts. Get a wheel alignment after any suspension or ride height change. Bigger intercoolers and intakes may need a tune to run at their best; ask us if you're unsure.
