Choosing the Right Part
Chassis code: Vehicle-specific parts are listed by chassis. Examples include Toyota GR Supra (A90), Honda Civic Type R (FK8/FL5), BMW G80/G81/G82/G87, Subaru WRX (VA), Subaru BRZ (ZC6/ZD8), Toyota 86 (ZN6/ZN8), Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII/IX (CT9A) and Toyota Celica (ST162).
Wheel size and offset: Wheels are listed as diameter x width followed by offset, for example 18x9.5 +45. Offset affects where the wheel and tyre sit in the guard.
PCD and centre bore: Check the bolt pattern (for example 5x114.3 or 5x112) and the centre bore (for example 73mm) against your hub.
Thread size: Nuts, bolts and studs must match your vehicle's thread. Common sizes in this range include M12x1.25, M12x1.5, M14x1.25 and M14x1.5.
Seat type, hex and length: Match the nut or bolt seat to your wheel (for example cone seat), and check the hex size (17mm or 19mm) and the bolt or stud length.
Installation & What You'll Need
Installation by a professional is recommended. Wheel nuts, bolts and studs should be tightened in sequence with a torque wrench to your vehicle manufacturer's specification, then rechecked after a short drive. A suitable socket for the nut's hex size is needed, along with any key supplied with lock nuts. When fitting spacers or longer wheel studs, confirm adequate thread engagement before driving.
FAQ
What is the difference between wheel nuts and lug bolts? Wheel nuts thread onto studs that are fixed in the hub. Lug bolts thread directly into the hub. Choose the type your vehicle uses.
How do I find the right thread size? Check your vehicle's specification for its thread diameter and pitch, such as M12x1.25 or M14x1.5. Then choose a listing with the same size.
What does wheel offset mean? Offset is the distance in millimetres from the wheel's mounting face to its centreline. It is shown in listings as a figure such as +38.
Do you stock centre caps and valve caps? Yes. Centre caps and valve stem caps are in the Wheel Accessories collection.
