Toyota 86 (ZN6) 2012–2021 Performance Parts & Upgrades
The Toyota 86 (ZN6) was sold in Australia from 2012 to 2021, with the 2.0L FA20 flat-four driving the rear wheels. It shares its chassis and engine with the Subaru BRZ (ZC6), so most parts here fit both cars. This page lists every part we stock for the ZN6, from HARDRACE and SPL suspension arms and Perrin and Mishimoto engine parts to AWE and Borla exhausts, Alcon big brake kits and APR carbon aero.
Suspension: coilovers, lowering springs, sway bars, end links, control arms, trailing arms and bushings from HARDRACE, SPL, AST and COBB.
Brakes: Alcon front big brake kits, brake cooling plates and Frenkit caliper rebuild kits.
Exhaust: AWE Touring and Track Edition cat-backs, Borla rear sections and heat shields.
Engine and cooling: radiators and oil coolers, ACL bearings, ARP head studs, GSC valve springs and Tomei parts for FA20 builds.
Aero: APR carbon wings, canards, lips, diffusers and mirror caps.
Choosing the Right Part
Pre-facelift or facelift: the 86 was facelifted for 2017. Some aero parts, such as APR's lips and rear valances, are made for 2013-2016 or 2017-2021 bumpers only, so check the years in the title.
86 or GR86: the 2022-on GR86 (ZN8) has a 2.4L engine. Many suspension parts fit both, but engine, intake and exhaust parts usually don't.
Manual or auto: driveshafts and some drivetrain parts are listed for one gearbox only.
Installation
Most parts on this page are bolt-on, but suspension, brake and engine work should be done by a qualified workshop. Get a wheel alignment after any suspension change, and bleed and road-test the brakes after brake work. Always follow the maker's instructions and torque settings.
