Choosing the Right Part

Match the VCU model: Harnesses and plug and pin kits are specific to each VCU. The VCU275 front harness and VCU275 plug and pin kit suit the VCU275. The VCU300 front harness and VCU300 plug and pin kit suit the VCU300.
VCU300: This unit is listed as a 196-pin programmable vehicle control unit with 3 CAN channels and 4-motor capability.
Tesla drive units: Check which Tesla drive unit you are using. The SDU controller kit is listed for Tesla Model 3 / Model Y. The LDU inverter control board and harness is listed as requiring a VCU200. A separate control board is listed for the Tesla Sport Large Drive Unit.
High-voltage ratings: The contactor is rated 350A/900V. The HV maintenance switches are offered in 400A and 600A versions. Choose ratings that suit your system's design.
