AEM SDU Controller Kit - Tesla Model 3/Model Y

AEM EV builds dedicated control hardware for EV powertrain development, and the SDU Controller Kit is purpose built for owners running an AEM VCU on a Tesla Model 3 or Tesla Model Y. It replaces the factory inverter control board, giving calibrators direct access to propulsion strategy and input characterisation through AEMcal software.

This listing covers the Tesla Model 3 (RWD/LR) and Tesla Model Y (Long Range). The kit was co-developed with Cascadia Motion and includes the supplied communications harness needed to link the board to your AEM VCU.

Note: This SDU controller is only functional when paired with a compatible AEM VCU — it is not a standalone unit.
