Blow Off Valve Accessories are the small parts that decide whether a BOV install goes smoothly or stalls halfway. This range covers adapters, weld-on flanges, hose fittings, springs, caps and recirculation hardware from the valve brands we stock. Customers buy them to suit everything from a daily driven turbo hatch through to boosted builds run at Sydney Motorsport Park and The Bend.
Shop by Vehicle
Most accessories here are sold by fitting type rather than by car, so check the thread, flange or hose size against your valve. Common platforms owners buy for include Subaru WRX and STI, Mitsubishi Evo, Nissan Silvia and Skyline, Toyota Supra and GR Yaris, Ford Focus RS and Falcon XR6 Turbo, Golf GTI and R, and BMW N54/N55 and B58. If you are unsure which adapter suits your setup, send us your valve model and charge pipe details.

Why Blow Off Valve Accessories
A blow off valve is only as good as the way it mounts and the signal it reads. A poorly angled weld-on flange can put the valve into the bonnet line, and a vacuum source taken from the wrong port can cause fluttering or a valve that stays shut under load. Spring and piston kits let owners tune opening pressure to match boost levels instead of living with the default setting. We stock accessories from the same brands as our valves so thread pitches, O-ring sizes and flange patterns match as intended, rather than mixing generic parts and hoping.
Fitment & Installation
Check three things before ordering: the valve's mounting style (flange, thread or clamp), the outer diameter of the pipe it mounts to, and the hose size for the boost reference line. Weld-on flanges suit aluminium charge piping and need TIG welding, so most owners have these done by a fabricator. Bolt-on adapters usually reuse the factory valve location and gasket surface. Cars running a tuned MAF or speed-density setup should confirm whether a vent-to-atmosphere or recirculated setup suits, as venting on a MAF car can cause a rich stumble on lift-off. Silicone hose, quality clamps and thread sealant are worth having on hand.

FAQ
Will an adapter let me use any BOV on my car?
Not always. Adapters are made for specific valve families and specific factory locations, so match the adapter to both your valve brand and your car's mounting point.
Do I need a stiffer spring?
Only if the valve leaks or creeps open at your boost level. Stock springs suit most factory and mild boost setups; higher boost builds often step up one rate.
Should I recirculate or vent to atmosphere?
MAF-based cars usually run better recirculated. Speed-density and standalone-tuned cars can vent without the lift-off stumble.
Can these be welded to a stock pipe?
Weld-on flanges are for aluminium or steel piping only. They will not attach to plastic or rubber factory pipework.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship to all states and territories, including regional addresses.
