Rally Armor kits are developed through 3D scanning for a precision fit, so selection is made by chassis code and trim level rather than model year alone. Confirm your chassis identifier — for example WRX VB or VA, GR Corolla GZEA14, Civic Type R FL5 or FK8, GR Yaris GXPA16, GR86 ZN8, Outback BT, or Forester SK/SL — before ordering.

The UR (Urethane) application is inherently UV-stable and impact-resistant. Unlike thinner plastic flaps that can become brittle and chalky, UR flaps flex when they contact a speed bump or high kerb and return to their original position rather than pulling on the guard liners. UR kits are offered in high-gloss or matte finishes with a variety of logo colours.

For the vast majority of performance applications, Rally Armor UR kits are a no-drill installation that utilises existing factory mounting points. Kits include the necessary stainless steel brackets and rust-resistant hardware for a bolt-on fit.

Basic hand tools are generally all that is required, and access is easier with the vehicle safely raised and the tyre removed. Installation by a qualified professional is recommended to ensure hardware is correctly torqued and positioned.

Do I need to drill holes in my car to fit Rally Armor?

For the vast majority of performance applications — including the WRX (VB) and Civic Type R (FL5) — Rally Armor is a 100% no-drill installation using existing factory mounting points, with all necessary stainless steel brackets and rust-resistant hardware supplied.

What is the difference between UR and Basic flaps?

UR (Urethane) is a premium, flexible material that will not crack or warp and is designed for long-term use in all climates. Basic flaps are made from a thinner poly-blend plastic; they are more rigid and cost-effective but lack the extreme impact resistance and rebound properties of the UR series.

Will Rally Armor flaps suit a lowered vehicle?

Yes. The flex of the UR polyurethane is particularly useful on lowered or off-road vehicles, as the flap bends on contact with a kerb or speed bump and returns to shape.
