Turbosmart Performance Intercooler - Ford Ranger Raptor (P703)
The Turbosmart Ranger Raptor intercooler is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory unit on the twin-turbo petrol V6 Ford Ranger Raptor (P703). Developed with CFD and validated on the road, it uses a bar and plate core with around 75% more internal core volume and greater thermal mass, improving charge cooling on standard and mildly modified vehicles while supporting high flow on heavily tuned ones.
Note: Suits the 2022-on Ford Ranger Raptor (P703) with the 3.0L EcoBoost petrol V6 (also the US-market Bronco Raptor) - not the earlier diesel Ranger Raptor. Retains the factory locating pins and mounts, shutter shroud and charge pipes, and works with the factory ECU calibration. Installation by a professional is recommended.
