GSC Power Division built its name on high performance valvetrain components for Subaru's EJ turbo engines, and the GSC5743 brings that same engineering to a round wire spring design. Designed for the Subaru EJ turbo platform, this kit pairs cylindrical valve springs with lightweight titanium retainers, giving you consistent seat pressure and reliable valvetrain control under sustained boost and high RPM use.

This listing covers Subaru models fitted with EJ20 and EJ25 series turbocharged DOHC engines, including WRX (GC8, GDA/GGA, GE8/GH8, GF8, GV8/GR8, VAG/VBH/VNH), WRX STI (GC8, GDB, GRF, GVF, VAB) and Liberty GT/B4 models running the same EJ turbo architecture. The kit is available as a full kit, single spring, or single retainer via the variant selector on this listing.

Note: GSC recommends this spring for daily driven builds running an S1 or S2 cam profile, with boost kept below 32 psi and revs under 8,000 RPM. Higher spec builds should look at GSC's beehive spring range instead.
