MOTON Suspension is engineered and hand-assembled in the Netherlands around a heavy-duty monotube architecture built for endurance racing. This collection covers 91 products, including multi-way adjustable coilover systems, flat wire and linear racing springs, control arm bearings and the MOTON Air Cup pneumatic front lift kit. Coilover systems – MOTON 1-Way and 2-Way Internal damping for applications where remote reservoirs are restricted; 2-Way Clubsport with remote reservoirs for improved fluid cooling; 3-Way Pro with independent high and low-speed compression adjustment; and 4-Way Motorsport with separate high and low-speed rebound and compression control for Time Attack and GT competition.
Racing springs – Flat wire series in 65, 70, 80, 100 and 110mm lengths, plus 200 and 250 Series in 51mm ID, and linear racing springs from 65mm through to 300mm in 61mm ID. Spacers and helper springs are available in the 110 Series listings.
Chassis hardware – Control arm bearings and the MOTON Air Cup System pneumatic front lift kit supplied with air tank.

Choosing the Right Part
MOTON coilover kits are listed by chassis code, so confirm your vehicle's designation before ordering – for example Subaru WRX STI (VA) with 5x114.3 stud pattern versus Impreza WRX (GE/GH/GR/GV) with 5x100, or Porsche 911 (996) Carrera 4 / 4S / Turbo versus the 996 GT2 / GT3 Street / Clubsport and Race Only variants. BMW G8x kits are specified for xDrive models.
Springs are selected by free length and internal diameter. Flat wire series are listed as 65, 70, 80, 100 and 110mm, while 200 and 250 Series use a 51mm ID and the linear range uses a 61mm ID across 65–300mm lengths. Match the spring ID to your damper's perch and platform requirements, and check available rates before ordering.
Damper choice follows your adjustment needs: 1-Way and 2-Way Internal for restricted classes, 2-Way Clubsport for remote reservoir cooling, 3-Way Pro for high and low-speed compression separation, and 4-Way Motorsport for full four-way control. Installation & What You'll Need
Installation by a qualified professional workshop is strongly recommended. Multi-way adjustable coilovers require spring compressors, corner-weight and alignment equipment, and correct torque procedures for suspension fasteners.
Plan for a wheel alignment after fitment, and allow for reservoir mounting and line routing on Clubsport, 3-Way Pro and 4-Way Motorsport kits. Most MOTON kits for McPherson strut vehicles include camber-adjustable pillowball top mounts, with solid pillowball mounts commonly used at the rear. Every system is fully rebuildable and re-valveable.

What is the relationship between AST and MOTON?
MOTON Suspension was acquired by AST Suspension in 2011. Both brands share a manufacturing facility in the Netherlands but remain distinct, with MOTON focused on high-end motorsport and professional racing applications using larger shafts and zero-preload piston technology.
Do MOTON coilovers come with top mounts?
Most MOTON kits for McPherson strut vehicles, such as the Subaru WRX (VA/GV) and BMW M3 (F80/G80), include camber-adjustable pillowball top mounts as standard. Rear kits typically include solid pillowball mounts to remove the deflection of factory rubber bushings.
What makes MOTON valving different?
MOTON uses large 22mm piston rods for greater fluid displacement and more precise damping control. A proprietary blow-off valve system in the remote reservoirs lets the damper react instantly to high-velocity impacts such as kerb strikes while keeping a stable low-speed platform.
