Suzuki Hayabusa GSX1300R 1999–2007 — 48mm, four injectors

The earlier GSX1300R runs a single set of four injectors and takes the 48mm body length. Turbocharged examples regularly exceed 400kW, well beyond the capability of the factory injectors. A set of four ID1050x supports approximately 320 to 440kW at the crank on petrol at 80% duty cycle, or approximately 220 to 320kW on E85. For builds beyond 300kW on E85, or running methanol, the ID1300x and ID1750x provide the flow needed to hold safe duty cycles. When ordering, select the "Hayabusa 99-07" option.

Suzuki Hayabusa eight-injector — 34mm, sets of four

The later Hayabusa uses a staged eight-injector system, with four primary and four secondary injectors, allowing finer fuel control across the rev range. This layout is commonly retained in high-power builds for low-RPM drivability alongside high-RPM capacity. Eight ID1050x share the duty so each injector runs at a lower duty cycle, which aids atomisation, idle quality and transient response. ID1300x and ID1750x are also available in this configuration. When ordering, select the "Hayabusa Gen 2 - 8 inj" option and order the quantity required for a full staged set.

Injector Dynamics injectors are a direct plug-and-play fitment for the listed Hayabusa applications, but a change in injector size always requires the ECU to be retuned before the engine is run under load. Installation and tuning by a qualified professional workshop is strongly recommended.

Plan for fresh O-rings where required, a fuel system able to supply the flow and pressure your injectors demand, and a tuner with access to the supplied characterisation data. Every set ships with dynamic slope flow rates, dead time values across voltage and pressure ranges, and dynamic flow matching. This data is compatible with major ECU platforms including Haltech, MoTeC, Link and Woolich Racing. Supporting hardware such as IDF750 or F1250 filters, a dual pressure/temperature sensor and the BPC100 brushless pump controller can be added to complete the fuel system.
