Porsche Cayman GT4 981 Performance Parts & Upgrades
The Porsche Cayman GT4 (981) was sold new in Australia from 2015 to 2016. It has a 3.8L flat six mounted behind the driver, a six-speed manual gearbox and rear-wheel drive. Many suspension parts are shared with the regular 981 Cayman and Boxster. Popular upgrades for the 981 GT4
- Aero: APR Performance carbon canards, front lip, side pods, side skirts, rear diffuser and Gurney flap, plus the AWE Foiler wind diffuser.
- Suspension: SPL trailing arms, toe arms, traction arms and end links, HARDRACE toe kit and adjustable links, Torque Solution drop links, MOTON coilovers and Suspension Secrets camber plates.

Choosing the Right Part
- 981 or 718 GT4: some parts, such as the Suspension Secrets camber plates, are listed for the 718 GT4. Check the title, or shop the 718 GT4 page.
- GT4 or regular Cayman: the GT4 has its own bumpers, brakes and suspension, so aero and brake parts made for it may not fit a Cayman S or GTS.
- Track use: adjustable arms and camber plates let you set more camber for the track. Plan your alignment before ordering.
Installation
Have a qualified workshop fit suspension, brake and drivetrain parts. Get a wheel alignment after any suspension change, and bleed and road-test the brakes after brake work. Always follow the maker's instructions and torque settings.
