Paragon 2-Piece Front Rotors are engineered to deliver superior braking and cooling efficiency, optimised for high-performance track and race applications. Designed as a direct iron conversion for factory ceramic composite rotors (PCCB), these rotors provide significantly improved durability under extreme conditions while reducing long-term maintenance costs. Directional ventilation vanes maximise airflow through the rotor, reducing operating temperatures and increasing resistance to thermal cracking during repeated hard braking.

Construction
Rotor rings are manufactured from CM-250 high-carbon alloy cast iron, heat-treated to release internal stresses and CBN-machined for precise pad bedding. Lateral run-out is held within ≤0.03mm and balance variation within 2 grams to minimise vibration. Hats are CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium and Mil-Spec Type III hard anodised for maximum strength, corrosion resistance, and durability under extreme heat. Clear hard anodised hats withstand the highest track temperatures, while black dyed hardcoat hats are suited for mixed street/track use (may discolour above 260°C).
