Paragon 2-Piece Front Rotors are engineered for superior braking and cooling efficiency, optimised for track and race applications. Featuring directional ventilation vanes, these rotors generate suction and turbulence to guide cooling air through the rotor, reducing operating temperatures and increasing resistance to cracking under harsh conditions. The floating 2-piece design allows thermal expansion while minimising deformation and ensuring the rotor remains centred with the pads, delivering consistent and reliable braking performance.

Construction
Rotor rings are manufactured from CM-250 high-carbon alloy cast iron for optimal bite, thermal stability, and long-term durability. Each rotor is heat treated to relieve internal stress and CBN-machined for perfect pad bedding. Run-out is kept within ≤0.03mm and dynamic balance within 2 grams for reduced vibration. The aluminium hats are CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 and hard anodised (clear or black) for maximum heat resistance and corrosion protection.

• Clear Hard Anodised Hats: Withstand extreme heat, recommended for track/race use
• Black Dyed Hardcoat Hats: Ideal for street or mixed use (may discolour above 260°C)
