Audi 1.8T — 20V Turbo

The 1.8T 20-valve turbo engine is one of the most modified four-cylinder engines in the world. Found in the Audi A4 (B5/B6), TT (8N), and S3 (8L), these engines regularly push well beyond factory power levels with upgraded turbos, intake manifolds, and E85. The factory injectors run out of capacity early in the modification path.

A set of four Injector Dynamics ID1050x injectors supports approximately 320 to 440kW at the crank on petrol at 80% duty cycle — covering even aggressive big-turbo 1.8T builds comfortably. On E85, four ID1050x injectors support up to approximately 220 to 320kW. For extreme builds pushing beyond that on E85 or methanol, the ID1300x and ID1750x are available.

Select "Audi 1.8L Turbo" when ordering for the correct 60mm body length and O-ring configuration.

Audi EA888 Gen 3 — MQB Platform (S3, TTS, Golf R)

The EA888 Gen 3 engine underpins the current generation of Audi and Volkswagen performance cars — the S3, TTS, and Golf R. These engines respond dramatically to stage upgrades, bigger turbos, and E85, and the factory injectors become the bottleneck once power targets exceed what the stock fuelling can support.

A set of four ID1050x injectors provides ample flow for most EA888 Gen 3 builds on both petrol and E85. The shorter 34mm body length fits the MQB intake manifold directly. Select "Audi EA888 Gen 3" when ordering.

Audi RS3 / TT RS — 2.5 TFSI EVO (8V / 8S)

The five-cylinder 2.5 TFSI in the RS3 and TT RS is one of the most exciting engines in Audi's current lineup — and it responds exceptionally well to tuning. Stage 2 and beyond builds on E85 regularly push well past 400kW, and the factory injectors cannot support these power levels.

A set of five ID1050x injectors on the 2.5 TFSI supports approximately 400 to 550kW at the crank on petrol. On E85, five ID1050x injectors cover up to approximately 275 to 400kW. For builds targeting beyond 400kW on E85, step up to the ID1300x for additional headroom. Select "RS3 2.5 TFSI EVO" when ordering.

Accurate injector characterisation data is especially valuable on the five-cylinder engine. The odd firing order and uneven exhaust pulse spacing make cylinder-to-cylinder fuel consistency critical — dynamically matched injectors ensure each of the five cylinders receives identical fuel delivery at every pulse width.

Audi R8 — 5.2 V10 (2015+)

The naturally aspirated 5.2-litre V10 in the R8 is increasingly being supercharged by owners chasing more power from this mid-engine platform. Once forced induction is added, the factory injectors need to be upgraded to support the additional fuel demand.

A set of ten ID1050x injectors on the V10 supports approximately 800 to 1,100kW at the crank on petrol — enormous headroom for supercharged R8 builds. Select "R8 5.2 V10 (2015+)" when ordering.
