Radium Engineering Fuel Hanger – Ford Mustang S197/S550/S650 2011+

The Radium Engineering Fuel Pump Hanger is the ultimate in-tank fueling solution for 2011+ Ford Mustang models. Designed to support one or two high-flow aftermarket fuel pumps, this drop-in replacement for the factory pump module increases flow capacity and fuel system reliability—making it perfect for high-horsepower street or track builds. It’s fully E85-compatible and features an integrated adjustable fuel pressure regulator for simplified plumbing.

Pump Compatibility:

Note: Pumps marked with an asterisk do not feature an integrated check valve. If running dual pumps, they cannot be staged unless bolt-on check valves (P/N: 20-0801-00) are used.

Fuel Starvation Protection:

• Collector box keeps pump(s) submerged at all times
• Venturi jet pump scavenge system (non-restrictive redesign)
• Dual one-way fill valves at bottom of collector (fuel in, not out)
• Fuel return from built-in FPR directed back into the collector

Integrated Fuel Pressure Regulator:

• Built into the hanger for simplified plumbing (deadhead system)
• Vacuum-referenced 1:1 rising rate, ideal for forced induction
• 4 included interchangeable vacuum port fittings:
  • Barbed (5mm)
  • 3AN male
  • Push-to-connect (1/4" OD hardline)
  • Vacuum plug (for constant pressure operation)

Outlet & Return Ports:

• Outlet Port: 8AN ORB (3/4-16) with included SAE quick-connect fittings
• Return Port: 6AN ORB (9/16-18), plugged by default
  • Only required if converting to return-style using FPR Block-Off Kit (P/N: 20-0806)
  • Radium offers various low-profile 6AN ORB return fittings (sold separately)

Optional Add-On – FPR Block-Off Kit (P/N: 20-0806):

Convert the system to a return-style layout using an external regulator.
Includes:

• Anodized aluminum block-off plate
• FKM O-ring
• Stainless steel return port plug

Note: A 6AN ORB return fitting and aftermarket FPR (not included) are required.

Installation Notes:

• Use compatible sock filters on each pump inlet (sold separately)
• Post-pump fuel filter is required downstream (OEM post-filter is eliminated)
• For dual pump setups, upgraded wiring kits are recommended (1 per pump)
• Factory fuel pump wiring (15–30A) may only support one pump reliably
