Tomei Powered Japan was founded in 1968 in Machida, Tokyo as a Nissan racing constructor. The team developed performance hardware for the CA18DET in the early S13 before the SR20DET took over in 1991 and became the defining Japanese turbo four-cylinder of the 1990s. Tomei still manufactures SR20DET-specific hardware at the Machida facility today.

EXPREME Ti Titanium Muffler — Silvia / 180SX (PS13 / RPS13)

SKU 440024. Full titanium cat-back muffler for the S13-generation Silvia and 180SX, covering both the PS13 coupe and the RPS13 hatch. It uses 80mm titanium piping throughout, clamp-band connections in place of conventional flanges to reduce weight, and an oversized silencer shell with the signature EXPREME Ti burnt-blue gradient colour finish and embossed Tomei logo. Designed around the SR20DET's exhaust characteristics for the S13 chassis, it is the loudest and lightest Tomei option for a drift, street-strip or track-built Silvia.

EXPREME Ti Titanium Muffler — Silvia S14 / 200SX

SKU 440025. The S14-specific muffler, sold as the 200SX in the Australian market. Same full titanium construction as the PS13 version, with fitment and piping specified for the S14 chassis. Suits street, drift and track-focused S14 builds where weight reduction and race-spec sound matter more than daily quietness.

Full-Cast SR20DET Turbo Outlet Pipe (with EAI) — PS13 / RPS13

SKU 423003. Cast stainless turbo outlet for the PS13 and RPS13 SR20DET with the EAI (Exhaust Air Injection) port retained. It is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory outlet. Cast construction delivers thermal stability that welded stainless cannot match, and the optimised geometry improves flow off the turbo. For S13 chassis that still have the EAI system connected.

Full-Cast SR20DET Turbo Outlet Pipe (no EAI) — PS13 / RPS13 / S14 / S15

SKU 423004. Cast stainless turbo outlet covering the full SR20DET chassis range: PS13, RPS13, S14 and S15. This is the EAI-delete version for builds where the Exhaust Air Injection system has been removed, which applies to most tuned SR20DETs. Same cast thermal stability as the EAI version.

• Upgraded-turbo SR20 build: The cast outlet's thermal stability is an advantage over welded stainless outlets under sustained boost and heat cycling.

Installation by a qualified professional workshop is recommended. Exhaust and turbo outlet work involves hot components, manifold and turbine housing fasteners that are often seized on older SR20DET chassis, and correct sealing at every joint.

• Confirm your chassis code (PS13, RPS13, S14 or S15) and whether the EAI system is still fitted before selecting an outlet pipe.
• New gaskets and hardware for the turbo outlet and exhaust joints should be organised in advance, as they are not supplied unless listed with the product.
• EXPREME Ti mufflers use clamp-band connections rather than conventional flanges, so check how your existing mid-pipe terminates.
• Allow for penetrating fluid and possible fastener replacement on older chassis.

EXPREME Ti race-spec mufflers are developed for track use and are not guaranteed to meet Australian noise regulations in every state. Given the age of most S13, S14 and S15 chassis in Australia, state-specific modification, noise and inspection rules may also apply. NSW, VIC, QLD and WA all have different dB limits and vehicle-age thresholds. If state noise testing or ADR compliance is a priority, get in touch before ordering.

Do you sell Tomei Japan or Tomei USA parts?

Tomei Japan only. Tomei Powered Inc. (Japan) was founded in 1968 in Machida, Tokyo and developed the EXPREME Ti range. Tomei Powered USA was originally the North American subsidiary, established in 2006, split off as a separate company in 2014 and fully independent since February 2019. Tomei Japan has publicly stated that Tomei USA products are not designed, supervised, tested, manufactured or quality-checked by them. Tomei USA part numbers typically start with "T"; every Tomei product here carries a numeric Tomei Japan part number.

Which turbo outlet pipe do I need, EAI or no EAI?

If your PS13 or RPS13 still has the Exhaust Air Injection system connected, choose SKU 423003. If the EAI system has been removed, which is the case on most tuned SR20DETs, choose SKU 423004. The no-EAI outlet also fits S14 and S15.

Is there an EXPREME Ti muffler for the S15?

The S15-specific EXPREME Ti muffler, SKU 440026, is currently on Tomei Japan renewal and out of stock globally. The full-cast turbo outlet SKU 423004 does fit the S15.
