Ti RACING Titanium Muffler — 350Z (Z33)

SKU 441004. Full titanium muffler developed specifically for the Z33 and the VQ35DE/VQ35HR, with a race-spec straight pipe layout, burnt-titanium finish and clamp-band connections.

Ti RACING Titanium Muffler — 370Z (Z34)

SKU 441005. The Z34-specific version. Same full titanium construction and race-spec layout as the Z33 muffler, with fitment and piping suited to the Z34 chassis and the VQ37VHR's exhaust gas characteristics.

Ti RACING Titanium Mid Y-Pipe — Z33 & Z34

SKU 431008. Full titanium mid Y-pipe that bridges the factory or aftermarket front pipes to the Ti RACING muffler. Cross-fits both Z33 (VQ35DE/VQ35HR) and Z34 (VQ37VHR), and pairs with the matching muffler for a complete titanium Y-pipe-back system.

EXPREME Exhaust Manifold Ver.2 — 350Z (Z33)

SKU 415001. Stainless EXPREME manifold for the VQ35DE, a Version 2 revision with optimised runner geometry and fabrication improvements over the original. Direct bolt-on replacement for the factory Z33 manifold. There is no Z34 equivalent in the current catalogue — the VQ37VHR uses a different manifold architecture.

Tomei parts are chassis-specific between the Z33 and Z34, apart from the mid Y-pipe. Confirm the exact part number before ordering and we can help match the right Tomei Japan variant to your car.

Installation by a qualified professional workshop is recommended for all Tomei exhaust components. Titanium mufflers and mid Y-pipes require the vehicle to be safely raised and supported, and the Ti RACING range uses clamp-band connections, so correct alignment and clamp torque matter for a leak-free seal.

Useful to have on hand: new exhaust gaskets and hardware where the factory items are corroded, penetrating fluid for factory fasteners, and a torque wrench. The EXPREME Exhaust Manifold Ver.2 is a bolt-on replacement for the factory Z33 manifold and is a more involved job than a muffler swap — manifold gaskets and studs should be inspected and replaced as needed.

Ti RACING mufflers are developed for track use and are not guaranteed to meet Australian noise regulations in every state. NSW, VIC, QLD and WA each have different dB limits and vehicle-age rules. The Ti RACING Mid Y-Pipe is not a decat — it sits between the factory front pipes (with catalytic converters) and the cat-back section. If state noise testing is a priority, contact us before ordering.

Are these Tomei Japan or Tomei USA parts?

Tomei Japan only. Tomei Powered Inc. was founded in 1968 in Machida, Tokyo. Tomei Powered USA began as its North American subsidiary in 2006, split off as a separate company in 2014 and has been fully independent since February 2019. Tomei Japan has publicly stated that Tomei USA products are not designed, supervised, tested, manufactured or quality-checked by them. Tomei USA part numbers typically start with "T"; every Tomei Z product here carries a numeric Tomei Japan part number.

Which Ti RACING muffler suits my Z?

SKU 441004 is the 350Z (Z33) muffler for the VQ35DE and VQ35HR. SKU 441005 is the 370Z (Z34) muffler for the VQ37VHR. The two are not interchangeable.

Does the Ti RACING Mid Y-Pipe fit both chassis?

Yes. SKU 431008 cross-fits the Z33 and the Z34, and connects the factory or aftermarket front pipes to the Ti RACING muffler.

Is there an EXPREME manifold for the 370Z?

No. The EXPREME Exhaust Manifold Ver.2 (415001) is a Z33 VQ35DE part only. The VQ37VHR uses a different manifold architecture and there is no Z34 equivalent in the current catalogue.
