aFe Momentum GT Cold Air Intake

The Momentum GT cold air intake replaces the Raptor's factory airbox with a one-piece sealed housing made from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) that resists heat soak while integrating the factory air scoop for a clean, OEM-style fit. A dyno-tuned intake tube optimises flow into the twin-turbo V6, and a clear sight window lets you inspect the filter without disassembly.

On aFe's dyno the system delivers up to +18 hp and +19 lb-ft, outflowing the factory intake by 11% with a measured 355 CFM @ 7" H₂O. The result is sharper throttle response and stronger mid-range pull — useful whether the Raptor is daily-driven, towing or off the blacktop.

Why the Pro DRY S Filter Suits a Raptor

This intake uses aFe's oil-free Pro DRY S three-layer synthetic media. For a vehicle that sees dirt, dust and the occasional river crossing, the dry filter is the sensible choice — it's washable and reusable, cleans with soap and water, and avoids the over-oiling issues that can affect oiled filters in heavy dust. No re-oiling required after cleaning.

Fitment

This intake fits the Next-Gen Ford Ranger Raptor (2024–2025) with the 3.0L V6 twin-turbo EcoBoost petrol engine. It's specific to the petrol Raptor V6 — it does not fit the bi-turbo diesel Ranger. Contact us if you'd like fitment confirmed for your exact build and year.
