The Momentum GT is a direct bolt-on that uses the factory mounting points — no cutting, no drilling and no tune required. Premium stainless clamps, silicone couplers and all mounting hardware are included, and the design uses fewer parts for a clean install.

Installation by a qualified professional workshop is recommended so that clamps, couplers and sensor connections are correctly torqued, sealed and checked before the vehicle is driven.

Note that this intake carries a US "not CARB exempt" marking. That is a California emissions rule and does not directly apply in Australia, however vehicle modification and road-compliance requirements vary by state, so confirm your local rules before fitting.

Does the aFe Momentum GT intake fit the diesel Ranger?

No. This intake is specific to the Ford Ranger Raptor with the 3.0L twin-turbo V6 EcoBoost petrol engine (PX IV, 2024–2025). It does not fit the bi-turbo diesel Ranger.

What power gains does aFe claim?

On aFe's own dyno the system delivers up to +18 hp and +19 lb-ft, outflowing the factory intake by 11% with a measured 355 CFM @ 7" H₂O.

Is a tune required?

No. aFe lists the Momentum GT as a direct bolt-on using factory mounting points, with no cutting and no tune required.

Does the filter need oiling?

No. It uses aFe's oil-free Pro DRY S three-layer synthetic media, which is washable and reusable and requires no re-oiling after cleaning.
