Radium Engineering Fuel Rail - Toyota (1ZZ-FE / 2ZZ-GE)
This high-volume Radium Engineering fuel rail suits all Toyota 2ZZ-GE and 1ZZ-FE engines, including naturally aspirated and supercharged Lotus Elise, Exige, Exige S and 2-Eleven applications (SKU 20-0012-01). It is machined from billet aluminium, anodised for corrosion resistance and fits under the factory fuel rail cover.
Both ends are tapped 8AN ORB (3/4-16), which seal with O-rings rather than tapered pipe threads that can damage aluminium threads and leak. The centre port accepts the OEM fuel pulse damper, and the rail is easily converted to a regulated return-style system.
Note: No fittings or fuel pulse damper are included. On a 1ZZ-FE with OEM injectors, shorter M8 x 1.25 x 70mm mounting bolts are required (not included). Exige S and 2-Eleven models may need minor grinding of the intercooler mounting boss for clearance. Installation by a professional is recommended.
