Radium Engineering Fluid Lock Dual Catch Can Kit - Lotus Elise / Exige (2ZZ-GE)

The Radium Engineering Fluid Lock dual catch can kit (SKU 20-0019-FL) is built for the Lotus Elise and Exige powered by the 2ZZ-GE, in both naturally aspirated and supercharged form. Two sealed, baffled catch cans separate oil and water condensation from the crankcase gases before they reach the intake, reducing oil build-up in the intake, throttle body and (on supercharged cars) intercooler.

A purpose-designed laser-cut bracket carries both cans, and the kit includes all hoses, fittings and hardware for a complete bolt-on installation. The closed system keeps oil vapour out of the cabin, and Radium's patented Fluid Lock mechanism stops each reservoir overfilling and holds collected fluid until it is emptied.

Note: Check fluid level with the dipsticks after 3–4 weeks of driving to set an emptying interval; the lower half of each can unscrews for draining. Excessive oil collection can indicate an engine issue such as blow-by or an overfilled sump. Installation by a professional is recommended.
