Radium Engineering Fuel Surge Tank Install Kit – Lotus Elise/Exige 2ZZ-GE

This installation kit includes everything required to install a Radium Engineering FSTR-RA (Fuel Surge Tank Regulated – Returnless Adapter) into a U.S. market 2ZZ-GE powered Lotus Elise or Exige. It is designed for vehicles equipped with naturally aspirated engines and places the FSTR-RA on the RH side of the vehicle near the alternator—ideal for vehicles with modular clamshells.

Vehicle Compatibility:

• 2004+ Lotus Elise (2ZZ-GE, non-supercharged)

• 2004+ Lotus Exige (2ZZ-GE, non-supercharged)

• Lotus Cup Cars (no charcoal canister present)

• Note: May fit Lotus 211 with optional filler adapter (Radium 14-0062)

Important Notes:

1. The FSTR-RA unit is sold separately and must be purchased in addition to this kit.

2. If installing the updated FSTR-RA (P/N: 20-1933), the included plug must be cut off and replaced with the ring terminals provided with the new version.

3. On OEM supercharged Exige/Elise models, the emissions charcoal canister must be removed or relocated to use this kit.

4. The billet fuel filler adapter provided fits standard Elise/Exige. Vehicles like the Lotus 211 or Cup Cars may require Radium 14-0062 for larger filler hose compatibility.

This install kit replaces all OEM fuel lines with high-quality -6AN PTFE hose, ensuring compatibility with all fuel types including ethanol blends (E85). It supports both factory and Radium fuel rails. The FSTR-RA’s integrated fuel pressure regulator eliminates the need for an external regulator, making installation clean and efficient.
