Radium Engineering Fuel Rail – Toyota 2ZZ-GE/1ZZ-FE

This high-flow Radium Engineering fuel rail is designed for all Toyota 2ZZ-GE and 1ZZ-FE engines. It offers a robust, reliable, and clean solution for both OEM and upgraded fuel systems. Machined from billet aluminum and finished with corrosion-resistant anodizing, this fuel rail is built for performance and durability.

Overview:
The fuel rail features dual end ports tapped for 8AN ORB fittings, allowing for easy plumbing to either a return or returnless fuel system. Unlike tapered pipe threads, ORB threads seal with O-rings, eliminating risk of thread damage and reducing the chance of fuel leaks. The center port is designed to accept the OEM fuel pulse damper (not included) to help dampen high-frequency pressure fluctuations.

Notes:

1. When installing on a 1ZZ-FE with OEM injectors, shorter mounting bolts (M8x1.25x70mm) are required (not included).

2. For installation on Exige S or 2-Eleven models, minor grinding may be required on the intercooler mounting boss for clearance.
