Nitto standard-stroke forged pistons for the Toyota 2JZ-GTE in the JZA80 Supra and Aristo. They keep the factory 3.0L stroke and suit big-turbo street, drag and circuit builds that need far more strength than the original pistons.

Choose a bore of 86.5 mm (+0.020") or 87.0 mm (+0.040") to suit your block. Both run a 0.866" (22 mm) pin and a dished crown, -9.0 cc on the 86.5 mm piston and -9.5 cc on the 87.0 mm piston.

Nitto sets the specification and CP Carrillo in California forges and machines each piston from low-silicon 2618 aluminium using its HD forging. Every set includes a PVD-coated ring set that seals the bore well under boost while reducing friction against the cylinder wall, along with CP's 9310 wrist pins, which are hardness tested, case hardened and cryogenically treated. Forced double pin oiling, anti-detonation grooves and accumulator grooves are standard.

Note: Installation by a professional is recommended. Engine internals must be measured and set up by a qualified engine builder.

Nitto parts are made for racing and off-road use. Inspect every part during assembly and blueprinting, and contact us before fitting if anything measures out of tolerance.
