Nitto DBS Metal Head Gasket - Toyota 2JZ-GTE - Supra (JZA80) / Aristo (JZS147 / JZS161)

The Nitto DBS Drag Series metal head gasket suits the Toyota 2JZ-GTE in the JZA80 Supra and Aristo. It is designed to keep the head sealed in big-boost street, drag and circuit engines.

Choose the compressed thickness to set your compression ratio and piston-to-head clearance: 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm or 1.8 mm. All suit bores from 86.0 to 87.0 mm.

Nitto's DBS Drag Series head gaskets are a multi-layer steel design. Around each bore they combine a conventional bead seal with a stainless steel "O-ring" that keeps combustion pressure away from the gasket layers, and Nitto's pressure-film testing shows a very high clamping pressure around the bore. An HR-200 coating, rather than a basic viton coating, seals the coolant and oil passages between the head and block.

Note: Installation by a professional is recommended. Engine internals must be measured and set up by a qualified engine builder.
