Radium Engineering Fluid Lock Dual Catch Can Kit - Nissan Silvia (S15)

The Radium Engineering Fluid Lock dual catch can kit (SKU 20-0637-FL) combines Radium's PCV and CCV catch can kits for complete crankcase ventilation on the Nissan Silvia / 200SX (S15) with the SR20DET. Together they capture oil and sludge from both sides of the crankcase before it reaches the intake, and suit both RHD and LHD cars.

The PCV can runs inline between the PCV valve and intake manifold and mounts to three OEM threaded bosses in the right-hand corner near the firewall. The CCV can mounts to two of the wiper motor mounts and runs inline between the crankcase vent port and the intake pipe, catching high-load blow-by that would otherwise coat the intake pipe and intercooler. Radium's Fluid Lock design stops the reservoirs overfilling and holds the collected fluid until emptied.

Note: Radium catch cans are pressure sealed, so no extra inline check valve is needed on the PCV side. Check the fluid level with the integrated dipsticks after 3–4 weeks of driving to work out an emptying interval. Installation by a professional is recommended.
