Radium Engineering Top Feed Fuel Rail - Nissan SR20DET (S14 / S15)
Upgrade the fuel delivery on your Nissan Silvia S14 or S15 with the Radium Engineering Top Feed Fuel Rail, designed specifically for the SR20DET engine using the OEM intake manifold. CNC-machined from extruded 6063 aluminium and finished in a durable black anodised coating with laser-etched branding, this rail replaces the factory unit with a high-flow design engineered to support serious power.
The rail features a large 17.5mm (0.69") internal bore that significantly increases fuel volume compared to the factory rail, damping fuel pressure pulses and ensuring consistent delivery across all four injectors — even under sustained high-load conditions. Both ends of the rail are tapped with 8AN ORB ports (3/4"-16 female O-ring threads), providing maximum flexibility for custom fuel system plumbing including fuel pressure regulators, gauges, pulse dampers, and return lines.
The fuel rail is designed to accept factory or OEM-equivalent fuel injectors. If upgrading injectors, consult your aftermarket injector supplier for dimensional compatibility. Billet aluminium press-fit injector seats with Viton O-rings are included for a boost-leak-free seal, and two sets of mounting feet (tall and short) are provided for flexible installation height.
Compatible with all fuel types including petrol, E85, E100, and methanol blends — making it suitable for both street and motorsport applications running alternative fuels.

Note: Fuel fittings, injectors, and fuel pressure regulators are sold separately. For a complete plumbing solution, pair with the Radium Engineering IACV Spacer (20-0162) for improved clearance around the intake manifold. To reuse the OEM fuel pressure regulator, a Radium FPR adapter fitting is required (sold separately).

Will this rail work with my aftermarket injectors?
The rail is machined to accept factory or OEM-equivalent injectors. The upper injector bores are machined with a common 14mm ID. If you are upgrading to aftermarket injectors, confirm with your injector supplier that they are dimensionally compatible with the OEM SR20DET injector bore and O-ring size. The included Radium injector seats use Viton O-rings for a positive seal under boost.
Is this rail compatible with E85?
Yes. The fuel rail, anodised finish, and included Viton O-ring injector seats are fully compatible with ethanol-based fuels including E85, E100, and methanol. No additional gaskets or seals are required for E85 use.
Do I need additional plumbing to install this rail?
The rail is supplied without fuel fittings or hoses. You will need 8AN ORB fittings to connect your fuel feed and return lines. If you are retaining the OEM fuel pressure regulator, a Radium FPR adapter fitting is required. Radium also offers a dedicated IACV Spacer (20-0162) for the S14/S15 SR20DET to improve clearance around the intake manifold area during installation.
What is the difference between this and the OEM fuel rail?
The OEM SR20DET fuel rail has a smaller internal bore and limited plumbing options. The Radium rail features a 17.5mm internal bore (significantly larger than factory), 8AN ORB ports at both ends for custom plumbing, and billet aluminium construction with thermal isolation spacers. The increased fuel volume and larger bore reduce pressure drops at high flow rates, making it essential for builds running higher-flow injectors and upgraded fuel pumps.
