PRL's design uses a cast aluminium inlet piece with a gasket-matched 64mm ID compressor inlet that transitions smoothly into an 80mm OD / 78mm ID titanium crossover pipe — the largest inlet pipe available for the platform, delivering a measurable airflow volume increase over the factory inlet pipe along with stronger bottom-end power and faster turbocharger spool.
