Radium Engineering Top Feed Fuel Rail Conversion – Toyota 1JZ-GTE Non-VVT-i

Designed for non-VVT-i 1JZ-GTE engines with the OEM intake manifold, this upgrade converts the restrictive factory side-feed injector setup to a high-flow top-feed system, enabling compatibility with modern high-performance injectors.

Overview
CNC machined from 6063 aluminium, media blasted, and finished in black anodising, this fuel rail features a large 17.5mm (0.69") internal bore to support extreme horsepower. It includes two sets of mounting feet for flexible injector height fitment and reuses the OEM Toyota thermal insulating spacers for installation.

The rail is compatible with all fuel types including E85 and comes with billet aluminium press-fit injector seats designed for 14mm O-ring injectors. These seats include Viton O-rings to ensure a boost-leak-free seal.

Note: Some injectors include decorative spacers that affect height or O-ring size. In most cases, these can be removed for compatibility.

To reuse the OEM fuel pressure regulator, select Radium part 14-0285 8AN ORB to M12x1.25mm fitting.
