Radium Engineering Fuel Level Sender - Universal

The Radium Engineering fuel level sender uses the industry-standard SAE 5-bolt mounting pattern found on all Radium fuel cell surge tanks (FCST and FCST-X). A sealed 304 stainless steel probe with a magnetic float gives accurate readings in petrol, diesel, water and all alcohol fuels including methanol, ethanol and E85.

Output is 0 ohms empty to 90 ohms full, which suits most aftermarket gauges, and it connects via 460mm (18in) PVC-coated leads with a Deutsch DT 2-pin connector. Use the variant selector to choose the length and style: 20-0747-297 is an 11.7in non-shrouded sender, while 20-0847-203 (8.0in) and 20-0847-297 (11.7in) are shrouded versions.

Note: Shrouded senders (40mm shroud) only suit newer FCST (20-099X-XX) and FCST-X (20-199X-XX) units; the non-shrouded sender suits all Radium FCST and FCST-X part numbers, including older 20-049X-XX and 20-069X-XX. A signal converter may be needed to drive an OEM gauge. To test, measure resistance across the leads while tipping the unit – it should read 0–90 ohms. Installation by a professional is recommended.
