Radium Fuel Level Senders

This Radium fuel level sender is designed for use with Radium’s fuel cell surge tanks (FCST and FCST-X) and features the industry-standard 5-bolt SAE mounting pattern. Built with a stainless steel probe and magnetic float, it offers precise and reliable fuel level readings across a wide range of fuel types. Suitable for both shrouded and non-shrouded configurations depending on the FCST version.

• SAE 5-bolt standard mounting pattern

• Full 304 stainless steel probe construction

• Buna-N magnetic float (non-shrouded shown)

• Compatible with gasoline, diesel, ethanol, methanol, and E85

• Resistance range: 0 ohms (empty) to 90 ohms (full) – works with most aftermarket gauges

• 18" (460mm) PVC-coated wires with Deutsch DT 2-pin connector

• Operating temperature: -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C)

Compatibility Notes

• Shrouded Senders (e.g. 20-0847-297): Only compatible with newer FCST (20-099X-XX) and FCST-X (20-199X-XX) units due to 40mm shroud diameter

• Non-Shrouded Senders (e.g. 20-0747-297): Compatible with all Radium FCST and FCST-X part numbers, including older models (20-049X-XX, 20-069X-XX)

• Sender will come pre-installed when ordered with a Radium FCST or FCST-X

• May require a signal converter if not compatible with your OEM gauge

Testing Tip
To test sender function, measure resistance across the wires while tipping the unit to move the float. Reading should range from 0–90 ohms.
