Radium Engineering Port Injection Kit - Ford Focus / Mustang (EcoBoost)

The Radium Engineering Port Injection Kit (SKU 20-0326) adds a second bank of port injectors to high-output Ford EcoBoost engines. It fits between the intake manifold and cylinder head and works alongside the factory direct injection system rather than replacing it – ideal for E85 builds or engines running a larger turbo.

The 6061 CNC machined aluminium adapter plate has smooth port dividers for laminar flow, with the angled passages CAD-matched to the intake ports and manifold to minimise any effect on airflow, and the injector spray divided evenly into each runner. The matching fuel rail is machined from extruded 6063 aluminium with a large 0.69in bore and 8AN ORB ports at both ends and the centre.

Note: Port injectors are not included – the kit suits injectors with 34mm height and 14mm upper and lower O-rings, such as Injector Dynamics XDS 34-14-14 models; confirm fitment with your injector supplier. A dual-injection tune and suitable fuel supply are also required. The engine cover relocation brackets allow reuse of the OEM Ford Focus engine cover only and are not sold separately. Allow clearance around the rail ports for regulators and pulse dampers. Installation by a professional is recommended.
