Radium Engineering Fuel Surge Tank Install Kit - Ford Focus ST / RS (LW / LZ)

This Radium Engineering install kit contains everything needed to mount and plumb a Radium FSTR-RA fuel surge tank into the MK3 Ford Focus ST (2013+) and Focus RS (2015+). The surge tank pump replaces the factory low-pressure supply to the OEM high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP), while the OEM in-tank pump is redirected to fill the surge tank, protecting the feed from fuel starvation under hard cornering and acceleration.

How does a RADIUM Fuel Surge Tank work?

Excess fuel returns to the tank through an included billet adapter on the OEM fuel filler hose. The FSTR-RA's integrated regulator can be vacuum-referenced for 1:1 fuel pressure or run static to mimic the factory system. The anodised aluminium bracket bolts to OEM mounting points in a collision-safe location under the car, in front of the rear bumper support, and heat tape is supplied to reflect exhaust heat.

Note: The FSTR-RA surge tank and its fuel pump are not included and must be purchased separately. Fuel pressure adjustment requires a COBB Accessport or the Radium 20-0152 fuel pressure gauge adapter. Wiring uses Raychem solderless butt splices and takes under 30 minutes, with no soldering or permanent modifications required. Installation by a professional is recommended.
