Radium Engineering Fuel Surge Tank Install Kit - Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X (CZ4A)

This Radium Engineering installation kit (SKU 20-0113) includes everything needed to fit a Radium single-pump fuel surge tank using a 39mm fuel pump in the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X. The tank sits in a collision-safe spot centred behind the rear seat and in front of the boot trim panel, so all usable boot space is retained once the panel is refitted.

How does a RADIUM Fuel Surge Tank work?

The powder-coated aluminium bracket bolts to OEM mounting bosses with no drilling or cutting, and the OEM battery and washer bottle stay where they are. Four pre-assembled 6AN PTFE hoses, cut to length, integrate with the OEM fuel lines; PTFE is non-permeable and suits high-alcohol fuels such as E85. Wiring uses a weatherproof fuse and relay with Raychem solderless butt splices and takes under 30 minutes to assemble.

Note: The surge tank and its fuel pump are sold separately. Radium states this kit was not designed for RHD Evo X models with the large OEM washer reservoir – check your reservoir before ordering. Single-pump only; not designed for the Radium MPFST. With a Radium FST-R, the OEM regulator is re-used and one hose is not needed. Enlarging the OEM return port is optional and covered in the instructions. Installation by a professional is recommended.
