Radium Engineering Fuel Return Kit – Mitsubishi EVO X

This Radium Engineering kit is designed to repurpose the factory Evo X fuel feed line as a return line, a critical upgrade for high-performance fuel systems that require improved fuel pressure regulation. It replaces the restrictive OEM 1/4" (6.5mm) return hose with a high-flow -6AN PTFE hose.

This kit is ideal when used in conjunction with a Radium Direct Mount Regulator installed on the top port of a Radium fuel rail. It includes SAE quick-disconnect fittings to adapt each end of the OEM hard line to AN hose ends for a simple, secure installation—no cutting or permanent modifications required.

Overview:
The PTFE hose ensures full compatibility with all fuel types, including ethanol-based fuels like E85, and is non-permeable for long-term durability. Stainless steel cushion clamps are included to secure the hose and prevent unwanted vibration or movement under high-pressure operation.
