Radium Engineering Fuel Rail - Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution (I / II / III) / Galant VR4

The Radium Engineering fuel rail (SKU 20-0533-02) suits the early Mitsubishi 4G63 found in the Lancer Evolution I, II and III and Galant VR-4. CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminium, anodised and laser etched, it has a large 0.69in internal bore to support high power and suits all fuel types including E85.

The rail does away with the OEM two-bolt inlet flange and its restrictive 5.7mm orifice. It reuses the three OEM mounting spacers (Mitsubishi MD095402) to insulate the rail from the intake manifold, thermal insulating washers are supplied for the stainless mounting hardware, and mounting bosses mimic the factory rail so the OEM cable brackets can be reused. Four 8AN ORB ports allow a wide range of fittings, regulators, dampers and gauges.

Note: This listing is the bare fuel rail – fittings, hoses and a fuel pressure regulator are sold separately. Radium 20-0533-PK plumbing kit suits installs using the factory regulator and fuel lines. Plug unused ports with 8AN ORB plugs and allow clearance around ports for larger accessories. Installation by a professional is recommended.
