Construction

Rotor Rings

Cast from Paragon’s proprietary CM-250 high-carbon alloy, the rotor rings provide excellent bite, thermal capacity, and resistance to cracking. Each ring is heat treated to relieve internal stress and CBN-machined to achieve a perfectly flat braking surface for consistent pad contact and low vibration.

Aluminium Hats

The hats are CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium and MIL-A-8625 Type III hard anodised for maximum corrosion and wear resistance. Unnecessary material is removed from non-critical areas to reduce weight while preserving structural strength under high loads.

Finish Options

• Hard Anodised (Clear): Will not discolour under extreme heat – ideal for dedicated track use
• Black Hardcoat (Dyed): May discolour when exposed to sustained heat above 260°C (500°F)
