Construction

Rotor Rings

CM-250 high-carbon alloy cast iron is used for long-lasting performance under heat. Each rotor ring is stress-relieved through heat treatment and CBN-machined for a true, smooth braking surface.

Aluminium Hats

Made from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium, CNC-machined, and MIL-A-8625 Type III hard anodised. Material is reduced in non-critical areas for weight savings while preserving strength.

Finish Options

• Hard Anodised (Clear): Ideal for track use – won’t discolour under extreme heat
• Black Dyed Hardcoat: May discolour above 260°C (500°F) – suited for street use
