Construction

Rotor Rings

Cast from Paragon’s proprietary CM-250 high-carbon alloy, each ring is heat-treated to relieve stress and CBN-machined for a flat, true surface. This provides excellent bite, reduced vibration, and durability under high thermal load.

Aluminium Hats

The hats are CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium and hard anodised to MIL-A-8625 Type III spec. Strategic weight reduction design maintains strength while minimising mass for improved unsprung performance.

Finish Options

• Clear Hard Anodised: Ideal for track use – will not discolour under high heat
• Black Dyed Hardcoat: Best for street use – may discolour above 260°C
