Construction

Rotor Rings

Paragon’s proprietary CM-250 high-carbon cast iron offers excellent thermal properties, strength, and bite. Each ring is stress-relieved through heat treatment and CBN-machined to maintain a flat, consistent contact surface.

Aluminium Hats

CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium and MIL-A-8625 Type III hard anodised for corrosion protection. The design includes material cut-outs to minimise weight without sacrificing strength under load.

Finish Options

• Clear Hard Anodised: Will not discolour under high heat – ideal for dedicated track use
• Black Dyed Hardcoat: May discolour above 260°C – better suited to street or mixed-use
