MST Performance Cold Air Intake - Volkswagen Golf 77TSI / 90TSI (Mk6)

The MST Performance cold air intake replaces the factory airbox on the single-turbo 1.2 / 1.4 TSI engine in the Volkswagen Golf 77TSI and 90TSI (Mk6). A smooth aluminium intake pipe and a high-flow nanofibre dry filter in an open heat shield give the engine more air. On MST’s dyno it gained up to +6.8 hp and +10.1 Nm at 4,800 rpm.

The intake pipe is mandrel-bent 6061 aluminium or cast aluminium, with a silicone joiner to the turbo inlet.

Note: Only for the single-turbo 1.2 / 1.4 TSI. It does not fit the 118TSI twincharger. Model years and regional specs vary, so send us a photo of your engine bay if you are unsure. Installation by a professional is recommended.
