MST Performance Cold Air Intake V2 - Volkswagen Golf GTI / R (Mk7 / Mk7.5)

The MST Performance V2 cold air intake replaces the factory airbox, intake hose and turbo inlet elbow on the EA888 Gen 3 2.0 TSI in the Volkswagen Golf GTI and Golf R (Mk7 / Mk7.5). It bolts to the standard airbox mounting points and lifts overall airflow, with a sportier induction sound than the factory intake.

The kit has three parts: an enclosed intake box with a high-flow cone filter, a 3" multi-ply silicone intake pipe with wire-wound reinforcement to hold its shape under boost, and a 3" aluminium turbo inlet elbow with CNC-machined connections and a laser-cut bracket, TIG-welded and powder-coated in a mottled black finish. MST also lists the same EA888 Gen 3 fitment for the Audi A3 / S3 (8V), Audi TT / TTS and Skoda Octavia RS (Mk3) and Superb.

Note: MST designed the V2 turbo inlet in this kit specifically for hybrid (upgraded) turbo setups; contact us before ordering if your car still runs the standard turbo. The 3" inlet elbow must be used with the supplied MST silicone hose and does not work with other brands’ hoses. Model years and regional specs vary, so send us a photo of your engine bay if you are unsure. Installation by a professional is recommended.
