Moroso Oil Pan Baffle - Toyota 86 (ZN6) / Subaru BRZ (ZC6) - FA20

The Moroso 23045 oil pan baffle is a two-tier aluminium baffle for the FA20 engine in the Toyota 86 (ZN6) and Subaru BRZ (ZC6). It drops into the factory oil pan with no modification, sandwiched between the engine block and the pan.

Directional trap-door flaps let oil drain back down but stop it surging away, so the oil pump pickup stays covered. That guards against oil pressure drops in long, high-G corners and on hard acceleration, and keeps oil off the spinning crank, which Moroso says frees up power and lowers oil temperature.

Note: Moroso lists this baffle for the FA20 Toyota 86 (ZN6) and Subaru BRZ (ZC6) only. Fitting means dropping the oil pan and sealing both sides of the baffle with high-temperature silicone (not included). Installation by a professional is recommended.
