Hard acceleration, braking and cornering can push engine oil away from the pickup, causing momentary drops in oil pressure. The Tomei Oil Pan Baffle Plate for the FA24 engine uses a multi-plate design to control oil movement in all directions and keep oil pressure stable during high-G driving.

The upper plate reduces oil splashing upward and sideways toward the block, while the lower plate keeps oil gathered around the pickup to prevent cavitation. It suits spirited road driving, track days and competition use.

This listing covers the Toyota GR86 (ZN8) and Subaru BRZ (ZD8) with the FA24 engine.

Note: Not suitable for the earlier FA20-powered Toyota 86 (ZN6) / Subaru BRZ (ZC6) – see the Tomei Baffle Stiffener for those cars.
