AWE Track Edition Exhaust – Honda Civic Type R (FL5)

The AWE Track Edition is a full 76mm (3") exhaust for the Honda Civic Type R (FL5) that replaces the factory system from the downpipe back. It is AWE's loudest FL5 option: the rear 180 Technology® resonator used on the Touring Edition is swapped for a straight section, so only the mid-pipe resonator remains. At 16.6 kg (36.5 lb) it is about 6.4 kg (14 lb) lighter than the 22.9 kg (50.5 lb) factory system, and AWE measured up to 10 kW (14 hp) and 18 Nm (13 ft-lb) at the wheels on a stock downpipe.

Choose Chrome Silver, Diamond Black or Vapor Blue for the three 114mm (4.5") double-walled, slash-cut tips. The finish is the only difference between the part numbers. Vapor Blue is a more delicate finish, so wash it with mild soap only and avoid harsh cleaners or tip polish.

Note: Includes an integrated 76mm (3") front pipe with its own flange and gasket that mates to the factory downpipe. AWE exhausts are not designed to mate with other aftermarket front pipes. AWE warns the Track Edition is loud at cruise and on and off the throttle in the mid-range, more so with an aftermarket downpipe. A Track-to-Touring Conversion Kit is available if you later want it quieter. Installation by a professional is recommended.
