AWE Carbon Turbo Inlet Tube - Honda Civic Type R (FL5)

The AWE Carbon Turbo Inlet Tube replaces the factory turbo inlet on the Honda Civic Type R (FL5) with a matte-finish carbon fibre tube that has 39% more cross-sectional area than stock, so the turbo draws air through a larger, smoother path. It bolts to the turbo with a machined aluminium flange and works with the factory airbox or AWE's carbon airbox. No tune is required.

AWE S-FLO carbon intake system on the FL5 Civic Type R

The tube is half of AWE's two-piece S-FLO intake system. Fitted with the matching AWE S-FLO carbon airbox, AWE measured up to 15 kW (20 hp) and 22 Nm (16 lb-ft) at the wheels on 91-octane (US) software; that figure is for the complete system, not the tube alone. The aluminium flange and coupler can be removed, so the tube can also be used with larger aftermarket turbos that have a bigger inlet.

Note: This listing is the turbo inlet tube only (2660-11114). The carbon airbox shown in some photos is the AWE S-FLO Carbon Intake, sold separately. Silicone couplers are included for both the factory airbox and the AWE airbox. Suits all factory-fitment FL5 turbochargers. Installation by a professional is recommended.
